NHS REHABILITATION CENTRE, EPSOM & ST HELIER UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL.

This project, managed by Willmott Dixon, will see the relocation of New Epsom & Ewell Community Hospital (NEECH) and the Poplars, Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre, from West Park on the Horton Lane to Epsom General Hospital.

Involving both refurbishment and extension, SoundBase® SBA19 was chosen as an acoustic underlayment where needed on this project.

Graham Shaw, managing director at Willmott Dixon Interiors, said: “We’re excited to be chosen to deliver such an important project for Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. It will deliver significant upgrades to the existing building and create new spaces that bring off-site departments together under one roof. We understand the sensitivity required when delivering a project of this scope and are looking forward to using our healthcare experience to support the Trust in providing better facilities and an improved quality of service, for both service users and patients.”

Using SoundBase® SBA19 reflects the attention to detail shown by the NHS, ensuring the products used improve the quality of the working environment.
